Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Karen Betty Mason, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Kebab Kid Parnell Limited (in liquidation), Kebab Kid Ponsonby Limited (in liquidation) and Kebab Kid Holdings Limited (in liquidation) on the 23rd day of December 1999, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of Kebab Kid Parnell Limited (in liquidation), Kebab Kid Ponsonby Limited (in liquidation) and Kebab Kid Holdings Limited (in liquidation), fix the 4th day of February 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
