Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
David Vance and Keith Palmer, chartered accountants, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Evergreen Properties Limited and Boston Deep Sea Fisheries (NZ) Limited, on the 14th day of February 2000 by the High Court at Wellington.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
To be advised at a later date if a meeting is to be held.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 31st day of March 2000 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
