Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Paul Francis Lynskey and Gary Traveller, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Wellington respectively, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Active Solutions Limited (in liquidation), by special resolution of the shareholders on the 23rd day of December 1999, the date that the liquidation commenced.
We advise that this is a liquidation of a solvent company, undertaken as part of the restructuring process of the group.
