Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, John Charles Lucas, chartered accountant of Auckland, have been appointed as liquidator of the above-named company, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The date of commencement of the liquidation was the
15th day of February 2000.
