Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
In the matter of section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Antom Holdings Limited
(in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that by special resolution passed on the 11th day of February 2000, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the company was placed in liquidation, and Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators.
A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.
