Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 8th day of December 1999, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Diamondo Systems Limited (trading as Fruitfields Riding & Equestrian Centre) be liquidated and that David Brendon Quinn, accountant of Graham & Dobson Limited, Gisborne, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of February 2000.
