Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Andrew Marchel Oorschot gives notice that, purusant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed liquidator of Dabner Development & Construction Limited by a resolution of the shareholders with effect from the 7th day of February 2000.
