Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 14th day of December 1999, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Waikato Light Engineering Limited (in liquidation), be liquidated and that Kim S. Thompson, chartered accountant of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of December 1999.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 28th day of January 2000 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title that they may have to priority under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
