Anchor Ethanol Company Notice of Dissolution of Partnership Notice is given of the dissolution of the partnership between The New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company Limited and New Zealand Dairy Board known as Anchor Ethanol Company. The New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company Limited may, from the date of dissolution of the partnership, carry on business with the name Anchor Ethanol Company and from that date assumes and is solely responsible for meeting and discharging all the former partnership's liabilities and obligations of every kind and description. The dissolution of partnership takes effect from the 31st day of May 1999.
