Community Connections Notice of Dissolution of Partnership Take notice that Rachael Jane Ferrer and Carol Elizabeth Paterson dissolved their partnership known as Community Connections on the 23rd day of March 1999, when Rachael Jane Ferrer withdrew from the business. Rachael Jane Ferrer has no authority to contract and/or incur debt in the name of the partnership. Further Carol Elizabeth Paterson shall not be responsible for any debt(s) which Rachael Jane Ferrer has or may have incurred since the date of the dissolution of the partnership.
