No. 470/98 Take notice that on the 21st day of December 1998, an application for an order under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993, in respect of Onepoto Service Station (1992) Limited was filed in the High Courtat Wellington. The order sought is an order requiring the second defendant to pay compensation to the plaintiff in the sum of $100,000, or for such order or orders as the Court may think fit.
