Advertisement of Application for Order Take notice that on 15th day of October 1999, an application for an order under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993, in respect of Automatic Parking Coupons (NZ) Limited was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. The order sought is an order requiring Automatic Parking Coupons Limited and/or its directors David Alan Capon, John Aitken McLay, John Charles Ross, Brian John Walker and Joseph Patrick Hatwell to compensate Auke Bergsma and Gail Patricia Bergsma, and those minority shareholders of Automatic Parking Coupons (NZ) Limited who support the application by entering an appearance, by purchasing their shares at the paid up value plus interest and fees or disbursements incurred in the proceedings.
