Environmental Solutions Limited Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 The board of Environmental Solutions Limited (an amalgamating company) hereby gives notice that it is intended to amalgamate Environmental Solutions Limited and Environmental Solutions Holdings Limited, pursuant to the provisions of Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993, and to continue as Environmental Solutions Limited with effect from the 31st day of October 1999 (being a date at least 20 days after the date of this notice). Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of the company or any person to whom the company is under an obligation at the registered office of Environmental Solutions Limited at 3 Porana Road, Takapuna, Auckland. A copy of the amalgamation proposal will be supplied free of charge upon request by a shareholder or creditor of the company or any person to whom the company is under an obligation.
