Don's Springvale Pharmacy Limited (``the company'') Notice in Respect of an Amalgamation Proposal Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993 1. It is proposed that Don's Springvale Pharmacy Limited and G & K Don Limited be amalgamated with effect from the 6th day of August 1999. The amalgamated company will continue to be known as Don's Springvale Pharmacy Limited. 2.
