Danco (N.Z.) Limited (``the company'') Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is given by Danco (N.Z.) Limited (trading as Sealed Air (New Zealand) Packaging Products Division) of an amalgamation proposal affecting the company. The proposal involves the amalgamation under Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993, whereby the company and Cryovac New Zealand Limited will amalgamate and continue as Cryovac New Zealand Limited under its changed name of Sealed Air (New Zealand) Limited. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of the company or of Cryovac New Zealand Limited, or any person to whom the company or Cryovac New Zealand Limited is under an obligation at the registered offices of the company situated at 24 Bancroft Crescent, Glendene, Auckland, or of Cryovac New Zealand Limited at Prosser Street, Porirua. A shareholder or creditor of the company or of Cryovac New Zealand Limited, or any person to whom the company or Cryovac New Zealand Limited is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the company or to Cryovac New Zealand Limited.
