Cryovac New Zealand Limited (``the company'') Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is given by Cryovac New Zealand Limited of an amalgamation proposal affecting the company (trading as Cryovac Sealed Air Corporation). The proposal involves the amalgamation under Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993, whereby the company and Danco (N.Z.) Limited will amalgamate and continue as Cryovac New Zealand Limited under its changed name of Sealed Air (New Zealand) Limited. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of the company or of Danco (N.Z.) Limited, or any person to whom the company or Danco (N.Z.) Limited is under an obligation at the registered offices of the company situated at Prosser Street, Porirua, or of Danco (N.Z.) Limited at 24 Bancroft Crescent, Glendene, Auckland. A shareholder or creditor of the company or of Danco (N.Z.) Limited or any person to whom the company or Danco (N.Z.) Limited is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the company or to Danco (N.Z.) Limited.
