McAra Air Conditioning Limited and Air Con Electrical Limited Notice of Proposed Amalgamation Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993 It is proposed that McAra Air Conditioning Limited and Air Con Electrical Limited amalgamate under section 220 of the Companies Act 1993. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation at the following address during the normal business hours: Care of Vazey Child, 19 Worley Place, Hamilton.
