Nice & Natural Limited and Aeneid Two Limited Notice of Proposed Amalgamation of Companies Take notice that it is proposed that on the 1st day of April 1999 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of publication of this notice), the above-named companies will amalgamate following compliance with the relevant provisions of Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993, and pursuant to the amalgamation proposal dated on the 26th day of February 1999. Commencing on the 1st day of April 1999, the amalgamated company will trade from all existing places of business under the name Nice & Natural Limited. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of the amalgamating companies or by any person to whom the amalgamating companies are under an obligation, at the registered office of Aeneid Two Limited, 3/5 Farmhouse Lane, Glen Innes, Auckland. Any shareholder or creditor of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom the amalgamating companies are under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamating proposal upon request to the amalgamating companies.
