Chester's Plumbing & Bathroom Centre Limited, Chester's Plumbing & Bathroom Centre (North Shore) Limited, Chester's Plumbing & Bathroom Centre (Greenlane) Limited and Chester's Plumbing & Bathroom Centre (Silverdale) Limited Notice of Proposed Amalgamation of Companies Take notice that it is proposed that on the 1st day of April 1999 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of publication of this notice) the above-named companies will amalgamate following compliance with the relevant provisions of Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993, and pursuant to the amalgamation proposal dated the 22nd day of February 1999. Commencing on the 1st day of April 1999, the amalgamated company will trade from all existing places of business under the name Chester's Plumbing & Bathroom Centre Limited. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or by any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, at the registered office of the amalgamating companies at 12 Maidstone Street, Grey Lynn, Auckland. Any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to any amalgamating company.
