Advertisement of Application for Order Under Section 174 of the Companies Act 1993 C.P. No. 29/98 Take notice that on the 22nd day of December 1998, an application for an order under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993, in respect of Perry CM Limited was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth. The orders sought are: (a) An order requiring Perry CM Limited, or Construction Mechanics Limited, or Maxwell John Gray to acquire the shares of Isofoam Proprietary Limited; (b) An order requiring Maxwell John Gray and/or Construction Mechanics Limited to pay compensation to Isofoam Proprietary Limited; and (c) such other orders as the Court deems just.
