Advertisement of Application for Orders Under Section 174 of the Companies Act 1993 Take notice that on the 2nd day of February 1999, an application for orders under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993, in respect of Tarndale Group Limited was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The orders sought are that the application for re-registration of the defendant company be rectified, that regulation 3 part B of the constitution of the company adopted onre-registration be rectified and that the rectification of the application for re-registration and constitution take effect from the date on which such documents were lodged for re-registration.
