Barker & Pollock Fabrics Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Meeting of Creditors Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993 We, David Bryden Davidson and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Auckland, were jointly and severally appointed liquidators of Barker & Pollock Fabrics Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 10th day of March 1999. A meeting of creditors will be held at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level Twenty-nine, Coopers& Lybrand Tower, 2329 Albert Street, Auckland, on the 24th day of March 1999 commencing at 10.00 a.m. The business to be transacted at the meeting is whether: (a) To appoint another liquidator; (b) To convey the views of creditors to the liquidators; (c) To appoint a liquidation committee.
