Land Transfer Act Notice Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of certificates of title 1D/755, 10K/212, 22A/705, 22K/1474, 22K/1479, 23A/1041, 23A/1042, 26B/760 and 28A/305 in the name of Her Majesty the Queen for the registration of the issue of new titles in terms of D.P. 60168, 60169 and 60170 and balance certificates of title where applicable, lodged under A. 422392.1. Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
