Land Acquired for Road (Moffat Road) in Tauranga District Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and is vested in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 46 square metres, being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 7631; marked ``A'' on S.O. Plan 61061. Being part of the land contained in certificates of title 28D/753 and 28D/754.
