Amending a Notice of Road Realignment in the District of Ruapehu (PipirikiRaetihi Road) Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 18th day of August 1999 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 26 August 1999, No. 101 at page 2433 by adding ``and memorandum of mortgage 182891.2 at the ends of parts b (ii) and c (iii) in the recital''.
