Reservation of Land and Classification of Reserve Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, the Conservator, Canterbury, acting pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, and with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as local purpose (public utility) reserve subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, classifies the reserve as a local purpose (public utility) reserve.
