Declaration That Land is a Reserve and Classification of Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Southland District Council on the 28th day of October 1999: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Southland District Council resolves that the land held by the council as freehold and described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.'' Schedule Southland Land District Southland District 754 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, Deposited Plan 13311, being all of the land contained in certificate of title 10D/69.
