Amending Gazette Notice Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated State Highway 1, Marlborough District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 22nd day of September 1999, stopping road and amalgamating the stopped road with adjoining certificates of title, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 30th day of September 1999, No. 137 at page 3318, by removing items (a) and (b) from the recital.
