Land Acquired for a Local Purpose Reserve (Nature Conservation and Walkway) in Tauranga District Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a local purpose reserve (nature conservation and walkway), and is vested in the Tauranga District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 8298 square metres being part Lot 2, D.P. S. 18461; marked ``B'' on S.O. Plan 61205 (part certificate of title 22D/367).
