Declaration That Land Vested in the Napier City Council is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke's Bay Conservancy, notifies that on 22 September 1999 the Napier City Council resolved that the area vested in the council and described in the Schedule shall be a local purpose (maritime) reserve.
