Amending Gazette Notice Road Realignment State Highway No. 87, Tiroiti Dunedin City Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 14th day of September 1999, realigning a road, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 23rd day of September 1999, No. 133 at page 3215, by substituting ``marked ``A'' '' being the area eighthly described in the First Schedule with ``marked ``R'' ''.
