Amending Gazette Notice Easement Acquired for Police, Public Safety and Emergency Telecommunications Purposes Tikitiki, Gisborne District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 7th day of September 1999, acquiring an easement for police, public safety and emergency telecommunications purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 16th day of September 1999, No. 123 at page 2948, by substituting ``the Turitaka Trust'' in the recital with ``The Proprietors of Turitaka A3 Block''.
