Classification and Vesting of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, Canterbury, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as local purpose (road) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further vests the said reserve in the Selwyn District Council, in trust as a local purpose (road) reserve.
