Reclassification and Vesting of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Community Relations Manager of the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a cemetery reserve to a local purpose reserve (cemetery) subject to the provisions of the said Act and further vests the said reserve in the Southland District Council, in trust for that purpose. Schedule Southland Land District Southland District 5.2526 hectares, more or less, being Section 34 and part Section 35, Town of Hodgkinson, being all of the land contained in certificate of title 95/182. 0.0827 hectares, more or less, being part Section 76, Town of Hodgkinson.
