Amendment to a Notice Revoking of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby amends a notice revoking the reservation over part of a recreation reserve, dated the 14th day of July 1999, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 85, page 2013, by inserting the following words after ``described in the Schedule hereto''. ``..and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the South Waikato District Council in such manner, and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine''.
