Cancellation of the Vesting of a Reserve in the Rotorua District Council Rerewhakaaitu County Depot Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting of the reserve for a site for a county depot described in the Schedule hereto, in the Rotorua District Council, as at the 1st day of November 1999.
