Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds of Sale May Be Utilised Recreation Reserve Bell Street, Tauranga Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over that part of a recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and futher, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Tauranga District Council at such price or other consideration and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, with any net proceeds of sale to be paid into the council's reserves account, to be used for the purchase of land for reserves or the development or improvement or reserves administered by the said council.
