Classification of Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, to be known as the Te Awatea Scenic Reserve.
