Adding Land to Fiordland National Park MICHAEL HARDIE BOYS, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At Wellington this 20th day of September 1999 Present: His Excellency the Governor-General in Council Pursuant to section 7 of the National Parks Act 1980, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, including the beds of all internal rivers, lakes and streams but excluding all legal roads shall, as from the 28th day after the publication of this Order in Council in the New Zealand Gazette, be national park, subject to the National Parks Act 1980, and shall be added to and form part of Fiordland National Park. Schedule Southland Land District Southland District 46507.2000 hectares, more or less, being all that parcel of land shown as ``A'' on S.O. Plan 11763. 1203.2000 hectares, more or less, being all that parcel of land shown as ``C'' on S.O. Plan 11763. 419.2000 hectares, more or less, being all that parcel of land shown as ``D'' on S.O. Plan 11763. 70.4000 hectares, more or less, being all that parcel of land shown as ``B'' on S.O. Plan 11763, the bed of Lake Innes situated in the Hakapoua Survey District. 222.8000 hectares, more or less, being all that parcel of land shown as ``A'' on S.O. Plan 12308. 1.7000 hectares, more or less, being all that parcel of land shown as ``B'' on S.O. Plan 12308. 92.7000 hectares, more or less, being all that parcel of land shown as ``C'' on S.O.
