Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired, subject to the sewage and stormwater easement created by Transfer B. 352076.12, for a recreation reserve and is vested in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 152 square metres, being part Lot 72, D.P. S. 73013, being part certificate of title 58D/288; marked ``A'' on S.O. Plan 61017.
