Reservation of Land Classification and Vesting in Te Runanga o Ngi Tahu Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as reserve and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the land to be classified for historic purposes subject to the provisions of the said Act and vests the said reserve in Te Runanga o Ngi Tahu in trust for that purpose. Schedule Otago Land District Central Otago District 2.2202 hectares, more or less, being Section 68, Block II, Cairnhill Survey District; shown as Area ``A'' on S.O. 24896.
