Declaration that Land is Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto was passed by The North Shore City Council at its meeting on the 6th day of July 1998: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on The North Shore City Council by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The North Shore City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are declared to be, recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act''.
