Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northland Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto. Schedule North Auckland Land District Far North District 6087 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 93, D.P. 100551, shown marked ``A'' on S.O. 69465, situated in Block III, Ruakaka Survey District.
