Amending a Notice of Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby amends the notice dated 1 September 1998, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 10 September 1998, No. 140, page 3415, by making the land in the Schedule subject to rights of way created in transfers 338962.2 and 384385.1.
