Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the Maori freehold lands as described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby set apart as Maori reservations for the purpose of scenic reserves for the common use and benefit of the beneficial owners of Waione 3B8 Incorporation.
