Declaration That Land is a Reserve and Classification of Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Gore District Council on 25 May 1999: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Gore District Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.'' Schedule Southland Land District Gore District 0.0746 hectares, more or less, Lot 6, Deposited Plan 6131 and being also part Section 7, Block VIII, Town of Mataura, being all of the land contained in certificate of title A4/602 (Southland Registry). 2.3067 hectares, more or less, part Section 17, Block IV, Waikaka District, being all of the land contained in certificate of title 117/166 (Southland Registry).
