Change of Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Opotiki District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke's Bay Conservancy, changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule, from a local purpose (site for community buildings) reserve to a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and vests the reserve in the Opotiki District Council in trust for that purpose.
