Declaration That Land is a Reserve and Classification of Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Canterbury Conservancy, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Christchurch City Council on the 10th day of March 1999: ``Pursuant to sections 14 and 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves to declare the land described in the First Schedule a recreation reserve and to classify the reserve described in the Second Schedule a recreation reserve''. All those parcels of land containing 2362 square metres, or thereabouts, being part Lot 2, D.P. 12113, part Lot 52, D.P. 8335 and part Lot 51, D.P. 8335.
