Cancellation of the Vesting of Part of a Reserve in the Papakura District Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of That Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in the Papakura District Council of that part of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the said land. Schedule North Auckland Land District Papakura District 692 square metres, more or less, being part Allotment 404, S.O. 52146, situated in Block VIII, Drury Survey District; marked area ``A'' on S.O. 69741.
