Cancellation of Vesting and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in the Hutt City Council and revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
